Lately I have been throwing up some music on here that I like, and figured why not give the props to the guy who i have had on heavy rotation the past couple years…
Gabe BIRNBAUM is one of my favorite musicians (he also happens to be a close friend), He hails from Boston and Copenhagen, and Fader magazine thought he was a big deal at last years CMJ fest in Brooklyn….if thats not cool enough, his music sounds like what you would hear if a spaghetti western, old jazz tracks, the silver jews, some beat generation novels, some shoegaze, and a fourtrack recorder all had offspring.
anyway, not too long ago Gabe aka (boy without god), released some sneak tracks from his new album….and he asked me to do some doodles for them.
