THE BOATHEMIAN

despite some random, and downright lousy accurences in 2008 im amped to say its a new year and im cooking away on some new art and some shows and some other little side projects. im in a group show at the whitney art works in portland, in feb. so if you have a chance to go see it…GO SEE IT!!! i think it will be fun.

its been a long time coming and a lot of trial and error but i did make a zine…im proud of how it turned out…to see one, email me and well talk.


I recently took a little personal vacation, to Rockaway beach (about 20 subway stops from my studio in brooklyn)…i stayed at an amazing house and surfed fun waves. My good friend Rob Kulisek took the picture of me and AL at surf house. The ocean continues to be the best way for me to get my thoughts in order…or i guess forget about them all together.

i don’t know what to say here except, cold water makes things small.

If you dont surf and youre feeling down, i highly recommend going to an aquarium. I went yesterday to the NYC aquarium and it was amazing i made two friends…this guy.
